Only 3 steps to your product advisor
- (1) Data import. Before a product advisor can be created, you need to upload your product data to the SMARTASSISTANT-Platform. This is easily done through a one-click process – all you need is a CSV file containing the required data.
- (2) Create the product advisor. Our Web Backend guides you through to the creation of your product advisor. Throughout the set-up, you are given total access to the multiple functions of our SMARTASSISTANT technology. Just insert the advisory paths, edit questions and answers, and translate into the applicable languages - done!
- (3) Integration. After the advisory process has been set up, the Backend automatically generates a web link leading to the product advisor. It can be easily integrated into your website, i.e. within an iFrame. To ensure that the product advisor conforms to your online shop’s appearance, you can edit it’s design with our CSS-Editor. Alternatively, we can take on the design of your product advisor.

Exceeding visits
Should the number of visits to your advisors exceed the monthly volume of your chosen package, then the price for the accordingly higher package is billed. All other terms remain unchanged.
Web domains & Languages
Integrating the advisor into more than 25 web domains or more than 25 languages incurs additional monthly costs for each additional domain or language.
1,000,000+ advisor visits
In case of more than 1,000,000 advisor visits per month, a fee of 550 € per 100,000 further visits is charged.
Discounts & contract duration
The minimum contract duration is 6 months. We waive 50% of the setup fee at 1,450 € for 12-month contracts and above.
You can also choose extended contract durations and benefit from the following discounts on the monthly cost:
- 10% for a 24-month contract
- 15% for a 36-month contract

Further, through an interface, local information such as inventory levels, alternative order avenues (i.e. through the online shop) or special offer prices are taken into account.
